Family Living Room Reno
This family living room which dominated the downstairs living was given a full renovation from new flooring, plastering throughout, new lighting and some bespoke joinery. Being an old property there were subtle tweaks we made to make it much more modern and contemporary but sympathetic to the building. Removing the old fashioned fireplace and adding a wood-burner with a stylish wooden mantel.
Making full use of the understairs we also added some clever storage here too.
Adding modern lighting and big comfy sofas elevated this space into one of warmth and cosiness.
A naturally darker space this room needed to be elevated through clever use of colour to make it feel cosy, brighter and a really usable hub of the home for a busy family.
The 'conservatory area' had some bespoke bookcases designed and installed to give this area a much better sense of purpose and also feel connected to the main living area.
We alos revamped the downstairs cloakroom to one of beauty - here we went a bit more bolder with the colour and pattern and it's a fab additiona to this lovely family home.
