Master Bedroom & Dressing Room

Master Bedroom Design

This master bedroom went under a transformation in so much as we tweaked a few minor details in the main bedroom such as shifting the bed location over slightly to make way for wall lights and centralise more on the wall.

The biggest change that had more of an impact was the entrance to the dressing room/wardrobe.

The door to here was fully removed and we opened up the entrance to make a wider doorway. Then reconfigured the wardrobes and had new ones built in, plus a dressing table and shoe storage.

Being more open meant the room felt bigger, the dressing room was more accessible and part of the room, plus it allowed more light to come through into the room.

The restful palette meant this not only felt light and airy but also contemporary and classic.

I also helped in updating the carpet on the stairs and landing. Adding a runner with a border and beautiful stair rods, this created a real focus and statement as you walked into the property.
