The client wanted to renovate a tired flat and give it a new lease of life. It needed to be practical, appeal to a wide audience as it was for rental but have a high-end appearance on
a tight budget. Being in a sought after area in London the developer wanted to create a flat that would stand out from other rentals.
The attention to detail in the finishes such as the cornices, fire surrounds, lighting, flooring, paint colours were all sympathetic to the period of the property, whilst having a modern feel for today's rental market. The whole apartment was designed so it would suit either a family or professionals.

I worked with the natural light that flooded this flat and used light tones throughout but made sure it was low maintenance for the owner.
I'm so pleased to say that all these design details contributed to this flat being rented very quickly and for more than the average market value.
